Hi, I'm Shannon

I'm a wife, mother, GiGi to five grandchildren, and a children's author from Waynesboro, Georgia.

What began as a simple whisper from God became Willow & Word—a mission to help children discover God's love through stories that plant seeds of faith, courage, kindness, and hope.

Today, I write faith-filled books, speak at events, and encourage families to recognize God's presence in everyday moments.

My prayer is that every story helps a child grow closer to Jesus.
